THE CHALLENGE
The company's recruitment process relied on manually reviewing applications and moving candidate information between tools — repetitive work that was easy to lose track of. They needed a way to take a candidate from application submission through initial screening with less manual intervention.
THE SOLUTION
I built an automated recruitment workflow connecting Jotform → n8n → Airtable → Gemini AI.
When a candidate submits an application, the workflow captures their information and stores it in Airtable, then sends the relevant application data to Gemini for evaluation. The AI returns a candidate score and screening category, which are written back to Airtable for the recruiter to review.
THE IMPACT
A repeatable screening workflow that reduced manual data handling and gave the recruitment team a more organized way to review incoming candidates.
